Become a Vendor
The Little Falls Dam Festival continues to expand our food and entertainment vendors each year to offer a better selection of food and entertainment at our event.
To become a food or entertainment vendor at the festival, complete our application. We process applications in the order they are received. If you are selected to be a vendor at our festival, you will be emailed login information to our online vendor portal where you will pay the required vendor fees.
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY MAY 15, 2024
VENDOR RULES:
- Only one vehicle pass will be given to each vendor and will be given to each vendor upon arrival to the festival, this pass will be good between 8:00am-1:00am.
- Each vendor will be required to be set up by 3:00pm Friday June 14, 2024 and will be required to be taken down no later than 1:30am Sunday June 16, 2024.
- I will abide by Morrison County and Minnesota State health standards as defined by the MN Department of Health.
- Electricity will be available for an additional cost of $50 per 10 x 10 space. (Maximum of 45 amps).
- All electrical use must be compliant with MN Electrical Code. An electrical inspector may inspect your unit and charge an inspection fee. This is NOT under the control of the Dam Festival Organization, City, or County.
- Water will not be available.
- The area around your area must be cleaned before your departure.
- If you are a food or beverage vendor, you may be inspected by Morrison County Public Health. If fault is found, you will be required to correct the problem cited immediately or be asked to leave the event without a refund.
- I/we agree to idemnify and hold harmless the Dam Festival, staff members, volunteers, City of Little Falls, and private property owners in the event of any loss or liability that may arise as a result from my entry in the event.
By submitting my application, I acknowledging that all information provided in the application is true and correct. I/we will be open for the business of selling food/beverage items or providing entertainment Friday June 14, 2024 from 3:00pm to as late as 12:00am and Saturday June 15, 2024 from 11:00am to as late as 12:00am. We ask that you stay as late as possible to accommodate the needs of our festival goers.
